Hi, I commissioned an artist to draw a comic cover on March 22nd 2019. I paid the artist via PayPal that day. I was supposed to have the picture within a week. On Thursday April 4th I had asked about any sketches or work done? The owner of Tiger2Draw Studios told me I would have it that Saturday or Sunday. I didn't receive the picture or any reply as that timeline passed. I sent three more emails during this span and I didn't receive any replies. Last night I sent a fourth email. This time the owner replied and this is the message I was sent; "i'll send the file on monday,something just came through and its a little complicated. Sorry for the delay my testicle is a little over grown in size, and i just really cant even sit down for 3 seconds, then i realize i can still communicate feom the fone." After I told them I was going to report them, this was the reply from them; "By the way your artist says thanks for the testicle eating shit, his now making a depiction of the character, but instead of making a testicle hes making a scrotum with tentacles just like mr. brain guy. I am really if this one really took long to be sent." This is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I am not working with a crude person like this. I am sorry, but this is behind unprofessional and is vulgar and maybe this is outright fraud artist I fell for? I want my full refund of $100.00. I have all email trails. Thank you.
